Refund policy

1. General principle
IME performs bespoke services—refunds depend on the executed SOW/MSA, phase completion, and amounts already incurred for staff allocation or licenses.
2. Professional services
- Milestone billing: Fees for accepted milestones are non-refundable; disputed work is addressed via the change-control process in your contract.
- Retainers / deposits: Credited toward delivery; unused portions may be refunded only where explicitly stated in writing.
- Third-party costs: Cloud, tooling, or ad spend billed pass-through is non-refundable once provisioned.
3. Training & internship fees
Cohort-based programs may publish specific windows for withdrawal. After materials or mentor access is granted, partial refunds may apply per schedule communicated at enrollment—not retroactively unless required by law.
4. Processing timeline
Approved refunds are initiated within 14 business days to the original instrument where technically possible.
5. Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can reconcile ledgers and avoid service interruption.
6. Escalation
