Terms & conditions

1. Agreement

By using this website or engaging IME, you accept these terms. Specific engagements are governed by statements of work, master services agreements, or purchase orders that supersede where inconsistent.

2. Acceptable use

You will not attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, scrape in a manner that harms site performance, or misuse enquiry forms for unsolicited bulk messaging.

3. Intellectual property

IME retains rights to pre-existing materials, frameworks, and generic tooling. Client-specific deliverables are licensed or assigned as stated in the executed contract.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the engagement purpose, subject to mutual NDAs where applicable.

5. Warranties

Services are provided professionally and in line with agreed specifications. Aside from mandatory implied warranties, we disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, IME’s aggregate liability arising from services in any 12-month window is limited to fees paid for those services, excluding events of wilful misconduct or liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

7. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control, including outages, war, or natural disasters, provided prompt notice is given.

8. Governing law & disputes

These terms are interpreted under the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections elsewhere.
